Krong Pac District: Launching a 10-day peak period to digitalize administrative procedure settlement results

From November 15 to 25, the People's Committee of Krong Pac district launched a 10-day peak period to digitalize administrative procedure (AP) settlement results with the goal of digitizing 100% of successfully resolved AP records for storage and reuse.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Krong Pac district requested departments, offices, units and People's Committees of communes and towns to digitize the results of handling administrative procedures according to the provisions of Article 25 of Decree No. 45/2020/ND-CP of the Government and instructions of competent authorities on digitizing all valid results of handling administrative procedures of state agencies.

Agencies, units and localities must mobilize the participation of the entire political system, promote the exemplary and leading role of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees; assign responsibilities, tasks and specific targets to each collective and individual in implementing the additional digitalization of administrative procedure settlement results; proactively arrange funding, human resources and necessary facilities to serve the additional digitalization of administrative procedure settlement results.

This is considered an urgent and top priority task, a decisive factor in administrative reform work to strive to achieve the goal that by the end of 2025, Krong Pac district will digitize all results of handling administrative procedures that are still valid and under its jurisdiction, ensuring basic conditions for implementing handling of administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
