The Management Board of Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Projects has just reported on the implementation status of the Ring Road 4 Project - Hanoi Capital Region.

According to Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong, Director of the Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, up to now, the Board has received 643.43/706.71 hectares, reaching 91.04% of the land area recovered for site clearance to organize bomb and mine clearance, and handed over to construction contractors.
Regarding the implementation of component projects, according to Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong, for Component Project 2.1 (construction of parallel roads), contractors have completed construction procedures, including building camps, mobilizing machinery and equipment, submitting input material sources... for construction.
The contractors have mobilized over 200 engineers, technical workers and machinery to organize the construction. Along the entire parallel route, 14 construction teams have been organized, including 11 road construction teams and 3 bridge construction teams.
For component project 1.1 (compensation, support, resettlement), the work of moving high-voltage power lines from 110KV to 500KV, the Project Management Board and the consulting unit have completed the technical design documents and estimates according to the comments of the inter-sectoral and have submitted them to the Department of Industry and Trade in Submission No. 185/TTr-BQLCTGT dated September 15, 2023. The Department of Industry and Trade is appraising and is expected to approve the technical design documents and estimates in October 2023.
For Component Project 3 (expressway construction investment under the public-private partnership method), the State Appraisal Council appraised the Feasibility Study Report of Component Project 3 and met on August 25, 2023.
Currently, the Project Management Board and the consulting unit are urgently completing the supplementary explanatory report and completing the project dossier as required, sending it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment so that the State Appraisal Council can issue an appraisal notice as a basis for the Hanoi People's Committee to approve Component Project 3 in the fourth quarter of 2023.
