To realize this chain model, Hung Nhon and De Heus are having a series of high-tech agricultural investment projects in the Central Highlands provinces, and especially a chain of high-tech agricultural projects in Tay Ninh.

Specifically, in the period of 2023-2030, DHN has agreed to invest in 12 high-tech agricultural projects in Tay Ninh with a total investment of nearly 10,000 billion VND. By 2030, DHN's goal is to reach a capacity of about 37,500 great-grandfather and great-grandfather pigs and commercial sows in the Central Highlands, Southeast and South Central regions; 83 million breeding chickens and broilers for export in Tay Ninh. The total revenue of the chain is expected to reach 2 billion USD per year.

Talking about the decision to choose a partner for this long-term strategy, Mr. Vu Manh Hung said that Olmix is a business specializing in the production and exclusive distribution of veterinary medicine, aquatic products, and animal feed additives of many famous global brands, belonging to leading corporations, such as: Olmix, Boehringer Ingelheim, Dopharma, Biopharm...

“The products distributed by Olmix are optimal solutions, such as high-tech vaccines, supplements, drugs to prevent and treat internal and external parasites, vaccination services... These are products that can control diseases in livestock farms, bring high economic efficiency, and at the same time protect and care for livestock health in the most comprehensive way,” said Mr. Vu Manh Hung.

Mr. Robert Clapham, General Director of Olmix Group, affirmed that Hung Nhon is a prestigious and professional enterprise in the field of livestock farming in particular and in the high-tech agriculture industry in general in Vietnam.

“In particular, Hung Nhon has been cooperating with De Heus to build and develop a high-value chain, applying high technology in agriculture, thereby developing projects to produce and supply high-quality poultry products that meet Halal standards. This model is consistent with Olmix's development strategy,” Mr. Robert Clapham shared his decision to “join hands” with Hung Nhon Group.

Speaking further about the contents of the MoU signed by the two parties today, Mr. Robert Clapham said that Olmix will provide chicken vaccine products and veterinary technical services to control diseases on livestock farms.

One of the products that Olmix Vietnam provides to Hung Nhon is the Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) chicken vaccine, produced in factories in Germany, the US, Italy, France, etc. This is an effective solution in preventing poultry diseases, minimizing the use of antibiotics in livestock farming, helping to reduce antibiotic resistance, limit antibiotic residues in chicken meat and eggs, and ensure food safety.

In addition, Olmix also provides Hung Nhon with many of the most modern veterinary technical services available today, such as: veterinary diagnosis and testing from Vipha.Lab; screening and health check of parent chicken flocks, broiler farms, commercial egg-laying farms; VTS vaccine vaccination equipment, improving vaccination productivity, vaccination quality, reducing stress for livestock; providing solutions to increase livestock productivity and prevent veterinary diseases effectively; training skilled workers and professional veterinarians.

“Vietnam is currently Olmix’s second largest market globally, and we have chosen Vietnam as our headquarters for the Asian market. We believe that the partnership with Hung Nhon will further strengthen our presence in the Vietnamese market,” Mr. Robert Clapham expected.

Attending the signing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Phung Duc Tien highly appreciated Hung Nhon's strategic direction through cooperation with Olmix. Because this is a group with a lot of experience in livestock farming, technical support and distribution of high-quality vaccines and the latest technology, especially vaccines for the poultry industry that meet Halal standards.

According to Deputy Minister Phung Duc Tien: "The use of quality vaccines provided by Olmix also contributes to creating products that meet food hygiene and safety standards, export standards, especially Halal standards."

With more than 15 years of experience in the livestock industry in Vietnam, Mr. Gabor Fluit, Global General Director of De Heus, believes that the main challenge that livestock farmers face is controlling diseases occurring on the farm. Not only paying attention to preventing disease outbreaks, but more importantly, livestock must be protected against all possible variations of the disease.

Therefore, using vaccines is considered one of the effective measures to limit damage to livestock farmers. In fact, vaccines play an important role in increasing survival rates, reducing the use of antibiotics in livestock farming and lowering product costs.

Olmix Group is headquartered in France, specializing in animal and plant care, with a commercial presence in 100 countries and factories located in Europe, America and Asia. In Vietnam, Olmix has been operating for more than 20 years, spanning over 50 provinces and cities.
