At the conference, delegates discussed, reached consensus, and focused on building the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress with high determination and great efforts. Most delegates agreed and basically agreed with the draft, especially with the major orientations proposed by the Content Subcommittee in the Conference Submission. Delegates assessed that the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress was carefully prepared, comprehensively, objectively, and honestly assessing the situation, achievements, limitations, causes, and lessons learned in the past term; at the same time, absorbing the guiding viewpoints, policies, and major orientations in the Draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress, forecasting the situation to set out feasible directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term and breakthrough tasks and solutions with a long-term vision.
The delegates also assessed the layout and structure of the report as appropriate, closely following the outline approved by the Provincial Party Executive Committee; at the same time, they contributed some opinions on: Topics and topics in the political report; recommended more specific assessments of lessons learned; identified specific solutions to develop Ninh Thuan's human culture... in order to build and complete the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress to ensure quality, efficiency, and on schedule and within the prescribed time.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the preparation of the report content of the thematic groups and the document editing groups, and the enthusiastic and responsible comments of the delegates. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the thematic reporting groups and the document editing groups to absorb the comments and update the Central Committee's guiding viewpoints to continue researching, reviewing, supplementing, adjusting, and unifying data and indicators for each sector and field, on the guiding viewpoints and to more deeply evaluate the lessons learned to develop the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress to ensure progress, scientificity, feasibility, and meet development requirements.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested Party committees at all levels, sectors and localities to resolutely lead and direct the implementation of tasks for 2025 right from the first days of the year, creating new momentum and motivation in implementing tasks, striving to achieve and exceed the set goals, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Focus on preparing and directing the preparation of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, directing comments on the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress according to the plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Strengthen information and propaganda work to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Accelerate the arrangement and streamlining of the political system apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently according to the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees to ensure progress and time.

Along with that, Party committees at all levels, sectors and localities need to focus on directing the organization of the Lunar New Year 2025 according to Directive No. 40-CT/TW of the Secretariat and Directive No. 62-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Therein, leaders organize activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring and welcome the Lunar New Year for all classes of people in the province in a joyful, safe, healthy, economical and effective spirit associated with organizing activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam; promote the tradition of "mutual love and affection", step up the implementation of poverty reduction programs, eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; effectively implement social security and welfare policies; Take care of the material and spiritual life of the people, especially families with preferential policies, workers, unemployed people, people in difficult circumstances, poor households, people affected by natural disasters, epidemics, mountainous areas, ethnic minority areas... to ensure that everyone, every family can enjoy spring and celebrate Tet; manage and organize festivals, organize spring activities to ensure practicality, efficiency, safety, economy, no ostentation, formality and in accordance with national cultural traditions; direct the strengthening of market management, price stabilization, ensuring balance between supply and demand of goods and services, ensuring adequate means of transportation, public transport, electricity, water, communication, food safety and hygiene, environmental sanitation and disease prevention and control; Strengthening public service inspection, checking working hours and efficiency of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies, units and localities, especially in the days before and after Tet... The Provincial Military Party Committee, Police and Border Guard directed units and forces to strengthen coordination to ensure national defense and security, proactively grasp the situation, have effective plans to handle situations, and avoid being passive or surprised.
