Dong Nai Provincial Social Insurance has just published a list of units and enterprises that have been late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 6 months or more in the province (as of October 31).

According to Dong Nai Province Social Insurance, there are currently a total of 701 units and enterprises in the area that are behind in paying more than VND242.7 billion in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for more than 4,500 employees.

In particular, in the list of enterprises that are late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, there are many enterprises that have been late for a very long time. For example, Lilama 45-1 Joint Stock Company (85 months in arrears); Lilama 45-4 Joint Stock Company (108 months in arrears); Tam Hong Phuoc General Hospital Company Limited (51 months in arrears), etc.

Since the beginning of 2023, Dong Nai Provincial Social Insurance has sent more than 5,100 notices of late insurance payment to units and businesses that are late in paying.

It is known that in the past time, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Police... have closely and regularly coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance to propagate about Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance to people and businesses.

To limit the situation of insurance debt, recently, the Social Insurance sector has also proactively coordinated with related units to synchronously deploy solutions such as sending a quarterly list of units that are 3 months or more late in paying social insurance to related departments, agencies and sectors to coordinate in recovering late payment.

For units that show signs or intentionally violate, the provincial Social Insurance will propose to the leaders of Dong Nai province to organize specialized inspections and handle them in accordance with the provisions of law.
