The conference was held to raise awareness and responsibility in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; focusing on the highest level of work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and best prepare for the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of Delegates.
At the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in 2026-2030 and on the socio-economic situation, State budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year State financial and budget plan 2025-2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North-South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue City directly under the Central Government".
Member of the Politburo, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang delivered a presentation on the topic: "Key, core contents and new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam".
Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission Le Minh Hung delivered the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party's Election Regulations; on summarizing the personnel work for the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work for the 14th Party Congress".
