This evening, October 25, VT students, on behalf of a group of students from Tan Tuc High School (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), directly reported to Thanh Nien Newspaper reporters about clips of female students being secretly filmed in the restroom.

VT reported that about 3 days ago, a group of students from Tan Tuc High School accidentally discovered an account named HQ of a student from the same school selling thousands of sensitive clips and images on a social networking forum.

Specifically, the clips and images were said to be secretly filmed in the female restroom of Tan Tuc High School, recording sensitive images of female students clearly showing their uniforms and name tags. In particular, according to the reflection of VT students, these images and clips were sold on this forum before, in 2023.

As soon as they discovered the above incident, a group of students from Tan Tuc High School reported the incident to the school's Board of Directors. However, according to the student's statement to Thanh Nien reporter, "the school has taken note of the incident and the police have come to the school to investigate, but the school has announced that the student HQ, believed to be the owner of the account that posted the above images, is innocent. Currently, we students, especially the female students, are very confused and scared, not knowing whether we were secretly filmed or not?"

At the same time, the above student also provided Thanh Nien Newspaper reporters with evidence reflecting the sale of accounts and the spread of secretly filmed images on social networks.

Another student sent a letter to the editorial office stating: "About 13,000 videos and 15,000 photos were distributed and sold on the dark web, cameras were placed in the showers of all the school's toilets. All the students in the school knew and had evidence of who did it, but when the school investigated, they said the perpetrator was innocent.

I really feel it is unfair because most of the girls in the school were filmed. Among the victims are my friends, who are of school age and adulthood, so being secretly filmed like that is a huge shock. I hope you will help us get justice."

On the evening of October 25, Thanh Nien Newspaper reporters contacted Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tong, Principal of Tan Tuc High School. Mr. Tong informed: "The school has learned of the incident and has reported it to the Department of Education and Training and the police. The school is coordinating with the police to investigate. The police are paying attention to and handling the incident. When the police have the results, the school will provide accurate information."

The above incident not only caused confusion among students of this school, but according to Thanh Nien Newspaper reporters, this evening, students from several other schools also learned about the information and were concerned about using the school's restrooms.
