On March 24, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a meeting and dialogue with outstanding Vietnamese youth on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025).

Many famous artists such as Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, Erik participated, creating a vibrant atmosphere. They are a testament to the creativity of the young generation in connecting traditional and modern culture.

Speaking at the dialogue, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh mentioned the issue of preserving and promoting national cultural identity. The head of the Government said that young people need to take the lead in digitizing data on cultural heritages, red addresses, and creating online platforms to introduce traditional arts such as cheo, tuong, cai luong, etc.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his joy when the young generation revived national culture through attractive products, not only domestically but also internationally.

He mentioned Hoa Minzy's MV Bac Bling as a creative point of motivation, inspiration, and renewal of a culture imbued with national identity.

Immediately afterwards, Hoa Minzy also excitedly posted on her personal page a picture of her shaking hands with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the sidelines of the dialogue on the afternoon of March 24. Hoa Minzy's real name is Nguyen Thi Hoa, born in 1995 in Que Tan ward, Que Vo town, Bac Ninh province.
