On the afternoon of October 9, the preliminary round of the Grand Voice - Singing Talent competition within the framework of Miss Grand International 2024 took place in Bangkok, Thailand. 72 contestants from all over the world brought creative musical performances, demonstrating their powerful voices and beautiful choreography.

In round 1, Vietnam representative - Vo Le Que Anh appeared prominently on stage in a seductive short fringed dress. She delivered a vibrant performance with the English song Like that by Korean group - BabyMonster and impressed with her skillful rapping ability. Her explosive performance helped Que Anh enter the top 30 and advance to round 2.

After the competition, when Mr. Nawat - President of Miss Grand International called her a singer, Que Anh immediately denied it. He also sent compliments and hoped that she would become a good singer in the future.

Que Anh raps at Miss Grand International 2024:

Entering the second round, Que Anh continued to choose an English song called Everytime we touch, with a gentle, deep melody. Although she was a bit out of breath and a bit shaky, Que Anh still excellently entered the top 15. Previously, the beauty had entered the top 5 of the Grand Voice competition at Miss Grand Vietnam 2024.

Top 15 Grand Voices include: Vietnam, UK, Nigeria, Netherlands, Norway, Greenland, Trinidad & Tobago, USA, France, Kosovo, Malaysia, Canada, Venezuela, Hong Kong (China), Philippines.

Besides the attractive performances, many contestants at Miss Grand International 2024 had difficulties in the Grand Voice competition when they performed quite poorly and lacked investment, because singing is not their forte.

After arriving in Thailand on the evening of October 7 from Cambodia, the contestants had a tour of the capital Bangkok. They visited Wat Arun and spent the evening on the luxury Meridian Cruise.

The Miss Grand International 2024 contestants will continue their journey with a series of activities in Pattaya City, Chonburi Province, from October 11-16. Here, they will participate in many events and activities to promote local culture and tourism. After that, the contestants will return to the capital Bangkok to prepare for the next sub-contests, towards the final night taking place on October 25.

Vietnam's representative in the contest is Vo Le Que Anh, Miss Grand Vietnam 2024. She was born in 2001 and is from Quang Nam. Before participating in the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 contest, she won the runner-up prize at Hue University 2020, entered the top 40 of Miss Vietnam 2020 and won the first runner-up prize at Miss Tourism Da Nang 2022. She graduated from the Korean Language and Culture major at Hue University.
