On February 1, the People's Committee of Kon Plong District ( Kon Tum ) said that during the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty 2025 (up to January 31, the 3rd day of Tet), there were about 200,000 tourists coming to Mang Den , with revenue reaching more than 71 billion VND.

According to the People's Committee of Kon Plong District, there are 139 accommodation establishments with 1,250 rooms, serving 6,000 guests/day and night. Most of the accommodation establishments are concentrated in Mang Den Town (Kon Plong District).
Ms. Bach Thi Man, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Kon Tum province, said that this year, more visitors came to Mang Den because the cherry blossoms bloomed right on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty. A more important reason is that Mang Den Tourist Area has built a brand as a "safe, friendly, hospitable" destination; has many unique tourism products; attentive service with the motto of putting customers at the center of service. This brand has been affirmed in the hearts of tourists.
According to Ms. Man, when tourists come to Mang Den , local people have also benefited through tourism services, gong performances, and local specialty businesses. Thanks to that, ethnic minorities in Mang Den will actively preserve their culture, helping the culture of ethnic minorities to be widely circulated.
