According to the report, the district-level administrative apparatus has 13 specialized agencies, 5 other public service units under the district People's Committee, 2 special associations and 42 public education service units. The district has 10 communes, 1 town with 104 villages, hamlets and residential groups.

The total number of civil servants assigned to public service units with regular expenditure guaranteed by the state is 91, the number of employees present is 87, and the number of employees not yet used is 4. The total number of employees assigned to public service units with regular expenditure guaranteed by the state is 1,284. The number of professional and technical contracts assigned to public education service units is 72. Currently, the district has signed contracts with 43 people, while the remaining 29 people have not signed contracts.

The work of developing job position projects and recruiting, using and managing the payroll of civil servants, public employees and workers in Dak R'lap district is basically carried out in accordance with the provisions of law, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee.
The staff, civil servants, public employees, and workers have the capacity and qualifications to meet the requirements of the assigned tasks, and are arranged according to the expertise and professional skills of the job position. Recruitment is carried out publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations.

At the monitoring session, Dak R'lap district proposed that the province pay attention to and arrange more staff, ensuring that they are assigned to the job positions. The province has provided guidance for the district to resolve the replacement teaching and guard teaching regimes in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring the rights of teachers and in accordance with the actual situation.

The monitoring delegation acknowledged the achieved results and at the same time requested localities to overcome some shortcomings and limitations to effectively, consistently and in accordance with regulations in developing job position plans, recruiting, using and managing the payroll of civil servants, public employees and workers doing professional work in state administrative agencies and public service units.
Along with recording the recommendations and proposals of the district, the Supervisory Delegation will coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to research, advise and propose to the Provincial People's Council for consideration, and issue written responses and specific instructions for localities to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.
