According to Pham Huynh Bao Anh (22 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City), each young person can contribute specific actions to build a civilized and humane society.

Having gone through the pain of loss when witnessing his grandfather pass away from leukemia, Bao Anh always yearned to do meaningful things. Over the years, Bao Anh has donated blood more than 10 times at the Ho Chi Minh City Humanitarian Blood Donation Center. "The lesson of love and sharing was nurtured by my parents since I was a child and I consider it an ideal in life" - Bao Anh confided.

Pham Quynh Bao Anh considers these blood donation cards and organ donation registration cards as a collection of happiness created from her own small contributions.

Actively participating in volunteer activities and bringing joy to others is an opportunity for Bao Anh to contribute and express gratitude for what she has. A recent memorable memory is the volunteer trip to Mang Den during the Mid-Autumn Festival this year. The image of children with dark skin, lining up neatly in the cold rain, innocent eyes and bright smiles welcoming the visiting volunteer group made her very emotional.

Bao Anh lives more responsibly and thoughtfully in every action after registering to donate tissues and organs to the country's medicine.

Being able to meet students in the highlands and confide in teachers who are dedicated to bringing knowledge to the village helped Bao Anh better understand the difficulties that people here often face. Through that, the Gen Z girl gained a broader perspective on life. The trip gave her more motivation to work harder, accumulate solid resources to steadfastly pursue humanistic values.

Another special milestone this year for Bao Anh is registering to donate organs and tissues with the hope of bringing new life to patients in need. She believes that organ donation is also a way for donors to continue to be "present" longer with their loved ones. This important decision is supported by her family, and at the same time becomes a guideline for the young girl's increasingly healthy and balanced lifestyle. And what's even more wonderful is that many of her peers are also inspired by her to live better and be willing to give more.
