After about 1 hour of waiting, nearly 400 parents met with the Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem District, Le Thi Thanh Tam.
Here, Ms. Tam apologized to the parents for making them wait in the hot weather. At the same time, she asked the school to issue registration forms for parents according to their wishes.

The request must clearly state the name of the parent, student, permanent address, current place of study and the wish to transfer to Tay Mo 3 Primary School.
The number of forms distributed was not enough for the number of parents present at the school. Many people had to ask for unfilled forms to photocopy.

However, there is still no official information about the enrollment plan released by the Department of Education and Training.
Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam said that after receiving the application, the Department of Education and Training will meet and organize enrollment according to the principle of giving first priority to students who are in the right school zone and live near the school.
Earlier, at 6:20 a.m. today (August 21), hundreds of parents with permanent residence in Tay Mo ward were present at the gate of Tay Mo 3 Primary School early this morning because they were worried that their children would not be able to attend a school near their home.

At the end of the last school year, around May, many parents whose children were studying at Ly Nam De Primary School, Mieu Nha residential area, were informed by the homeroom teacher that they would be transferred to a new school near their home if they wished.
Children who register to transfer schools do not have to register to buy uniforms and textbooks at their current school.
In mid-August, parents received an official written notice from Ly Nam De Primary School, stating that parents wishing to transfer schools should submit their application and request an acceptance letter to the new school after August 21.
Parents with acceptance letters will be able to withdraw their applications at the old school on August 26.
However, on August 20, many parents came to Tay Mo 3 Primary School to find out information and received unclear answers from school representatives about whether their children would be admitted to the new school according to their permanent residence.
Meanwhile, in just 2 weeks, the new school year will officially begin.
