Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Steering Committee on Democracy Regulations and the Steering Committee on Religious Affairs of the province, delivered the concluding remarks at the conference.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department should effectively advise the Provincial Party Committee on conducting inspections of mass mobilization work by state agencies at all levels.

Local authorities and agencies should expedite the process of issuing land use right certificates to religious establishments. They should regularly monitor the activities of religions in their areas; coordinate, guide, and create favorable conditions for religions to organize activities in accordance with regulations.

The Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee for Religious Affairs should promptly advise the Provincial Party Committee on evaluating the results of the three-year implementation of Notice No. 41-TB/TU dated December 24, 2020, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on continuing to strengthen the gathering and unity of religions within the national unity bloc in the province….

Comrade Nguyen Van Phu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, delivered a speech clarifying some issues related to the implementation of the Law on the Practice of Democracy at the Grassroots Level.

In the first six months of 2024, the implementation of grassroots democracy received attention and guidance from Party committees and authorities at all levels, resulting in synchronized and effective implementation, making a significant contribution to Party building, government building, and socio-economic development. Party committees, especially the leaders at all levels, paid attention to implementing grassroots democracy, initially implementing the Law on Grassroots Democracy with many positive changes.
