Focus on inspection and supervision

On December 4, along with many other important contents, the 22nd Conference of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Executive Committee reviewed and discussed the report on the results of Party building work, activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations in 2024, and key tasks in 2025.

According to the report of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, in 2024, Party committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee focused on leading and directing the work of Party building, government and activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in accordance with reality and achieved positive results.

Party building work has been strengthened; attention has been paid to implementing inspection and supervision work according to the set program. Party committees at all levels have well implemented the 2024 inspection and supervision program of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels.

Inspection and supervision are carried out according to the Party's Charter, focusing on sensitive areas, areas prone to violations, and issues of concern to cadres, party members, and the people.

In 2024, Party committees at all levels inspected 1,730 party members and 1,350 party organizations; inspected 1 party organization and 26 party members when there were signs of violations; supervised 1,317 party members and 703 party organizations on a thematic basis; disciplined 527 party members and 7 party organizations; resolved disciplinary complaints against 3 party members and resolved 3 denunciations against party members.

Inspection committees at all levels have inspected signs of violations in 97 party members and 33 party organizations. Through inspection, it was determined that 29 party organizations and 92 party members had violated the law, of which 6 party organizations and 32 party members had to be disciplined, and disciplinary action has been taken.

Inspection committees at all levels inspected lower-level party organizations to carry out inspection and supervision tasks for 745 party organizations; inspected lower-level organizations to carry out Party discipline enforcement tasks for 502 party organizations; and supervised 596 party members and 605 party organizations on a thematic basis.

Inspection committees at all levels have disciplined 96 party members (38 party members were reprimanded, 33 party members were warned, 25 party members were expelled) and 2 party organizations were reprimanded.

Focus on streamlining and streamlining the apparatus

In 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee identified 6 key tasks in Party building, activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

In particular, focus on directing the implementation of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term according to the set plan. Carry out well the work of preparing personnel and internal political protection to serve the Party Congresses at all levels. Focus on directing the continued promotion of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".

Proactively develop and effectively implement inspections and supervisions in the 2025 inspection and supervision program of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels. Strengthen comprehensive leadership of inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement. Strengthen the implementation of supervision tasks, focusing on thematic supervision of Party organizations and Party members, especially heads of agencies and organizations in the implementation of resolutions, directives, decisions of the Party and State laws, in the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities...

Continue to lead and direct district, town and city Party Committees and provincial agencies, departments and branches, focusing on provincial internal affairs sectors, to implement Party directives and resolutions and State laws on internal affairs and anti-corruption and waste; review and synchronously and effectively implement solutions to prevent corruption and waste.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels proactively coordinate to develop programs and plans that are close to the tasks of units and localities; pay attention to propaganda work, grasp the situation before, during and after the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; improve the quality of social supervision and criticism activities; propagate and implement the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"; carry out social security work and relief work; continue to focus on improving the quality of emulation movements and campaigns that have been proposed.
