The Congress unanimously assessed that in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Squadron 132 has been active, proactive, united in overcoming difficulties, comprehensively implementing all aspects of work, and successfully completing all assigned tasks. Among them, the following tasks have been excellently completed: participating in the international multilateral naval exercises LIMA in Malaysia, KOMODO in Indonesia, MILAN in India; patrolling, reconnaissance and managing the sea area; participating in exercises with high results and absolute safety... Training quality has been improved, especially training in mastering technical equipment; the work of building a regular routine, managing discipline, and ensuring safety has had many positive and solid changes.
Party and political activities were carried out in depth and effectively. The work of building a "Regular, Exemplary" Ship was maintained seriously. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the entire Party Committee were maintained; the political and ideological situation of the entire Fleet was stable. The internal unit was highly united and unified, and officers and soldiers were always ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks well.

Officers and soldiers have a strong political stance, high determination, ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks. Build a strong, comprehensive Fleet "Exemplary, typical"; the Fleet's Party Committee is clean and strong, excellently completing tasks. Strive for the Fleet to be awarded the title "Determined to Win Unit" for 2 years or more.
