Ha Tinh implements Vietnam-China relations development project

The plan requires practicality, efficiency and suitability to the socio-economic situation of Ha Tinh as well as the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Korea, between Ha Tinh and Korean partners.

According to the plan to implement the Project on developing Vietnam - Korea relations in Ha Tinh province until 2030, which has just been issued by the Provincial People's Committee, there are 4 groups of contents that need to be implemented.

Ha Tinh implements the Project to develop Vietnam - Korea relations

Ha Tinh Employment Service Center organizes a job fair for workers who have worked in Korea under the EPS program.

First of all, regarding information and propaganda activities: focus on highlighting the Vietnam - Korea relationship, the relationship between Ha Tinh and Korean partners on the media. Timely information on important political - diplomatic activities, investment and business activities; coordination activities in human resource development, labor, employment, digital economy, digital transformation, education, environmental protection... between Vietnam - Korea, Ha Tinh and Korean partners. Propaganda messages are associated with the practical benefits of developing the Vietnam - Korea, Ha Tinh relationship with Korean partners; highlighting the position, role and contribution of the Vietnam - Korea, Ha Tinh relationship with Korean partners to the development of Vietnam and Ha Tinh before and after Vietnam became a "Comprehensive Strategic Partner" of Korea.

Regarding activities to promote cooperation in economy, culture, trade, education and training, health, science and technology, tourism: strengthen the relationship between Ha Tinh province and the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, the Vietnamese Embassy in Korea, and overseas Vietnamese in Ha Tinh in Korea, thereby promoting the image, potential and advantages of Ha Tinh to Korean partners and localities to attract investment cooperation from Korean partners, expanding the export market of Ha Tinh goods to Korea.

Organize programs and conferences in Ha Tinh province to enhance local support for cooperation with Korean partners in the fields of economy, trade, education and training, health, science and technology, culture, sports, tourism... with the participation of representatives of central ministries, branches, provincial departments, relevant localities, and Korean corporations and enterprises that are and are planning to survey and invest in trade in Ha Tinh.

Organize meetings with Korean enterprises and partners to enhance and strengthen cooperation, promote the development of cooperation between Korean enterprises and Ha Tinh province. Organize provincial delegations to promote investment and attend events organized by ministries and central agencies in Korea, organize sideline meetings with enterprises in Korea to promote friendship and cooperation between Ha Tinh province and local authorities and enterprises of Korea as well as call for and attract investment and support and aid from Korean organizations and enterprises to Ha Tinh.

Organize scientific seminars to exchange and provide information on science, technology and innovation between Ha Tinh province and Korea. Participate in online and in-person seminars organized by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, the Vietnam - Korea Friendship Association in coordination with Korean partners (if any).

Regarding activities to promote the establishment of local cooperation: strengthen the establishment of cooperation with Korean localities with similar characteristics to Ha Tinh province, cultural exchanges, promote the investment environment and call on Korean enterprises and partners to form joint ventures, associate production, business and invest in Ha Tinh.

Regarding the exchange of congratulatory messages, participation in celebrations and receptions: on the occasion of the Korean National Day, the anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam - Korea diplomatic relations and other important holidays, send letters, messages/send a working delegation to congratulate the Korean Embassy in Vietnam; participate in the working delegation of leaders of the Party, State and central ministries and branches on official visits and work with Korea.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned specific tasks to functional departments, agencies, units and localities, including a quite important task that is of interest to the people, which is that the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs continues to coordinate effectively in implementing the Korean government's Employment Permit Program for Foreign Workers (EPS Program) and other programs on sending workers to work for a limited period in Korea; proactively exchange and negotiate with Korean localities that have a need for cooperation in receiving seasonal workers in the form of cooperation between localities of the two countries...
