According to the appraisal and assessment results of the Provincial Administrative Reform Appraisal Council in 2023, in the block of departments and branches: Department of Science and Technology holds the No. 1 position (this is the second consecutive year that the unit holds the top position), ranked No. 2 is Department of Information and Communications (up 3 places compared to 2022), ranked No. 3 is Department of Foreign Affairs (up 8 places compared to 2022)...
For the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns: with 93,689 points, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh City continues to maintain the first position (this is the 9th consecutive time that the People's Committee of Ha Tinh City has achieved the top position in the PAR Index); Ky Anh Town People's Committee ranked 2nd (up 1 rank compared to 2022); Thach Ha District People's Committee ranked 3rd (down 1 rank compared to 2022)...
In the block of central agencies located in the area: Ha Tinh Customs Department ranked first (up 1 rank compared to 2022), the Provincial Police ranked second (down 1 rank compared to 2022), the Provincial Tax Department ranked third (up 1 rank compared to 2022)...
Many fluctuations in the 2nd place in the Public Administration Reform Index among localities and units.
According to the results of the assessment of the level of task completion of the heads in implementing the approved administrative reform, localities such as: Ha Tinh City People's Committee, Ky Anh Town People's Committee, Thach Ha District People's Committee, Hong Linh Town People's Committee, Cam Xuyen District People's Committee, Huong Son District People's Committee achieved excellent task completion; the remaining localities were ranked as good task completion.
For the departments and branches, those achieving excellent task completion include: Department of Science and Technology, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Education and Training, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Transport, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the remaining units are ranked as completing their tasks.
Regarding the block of central agencies located in the area, according to the approval results, 6/6 agencies including: Provincial Customs Department, Provincial Police, Provincial Tax Department, Provincial State Bank, Provincial Social Insurance, State Treasury all achieved excellent completion of their tasks.
Based on the results of the 2023 Administrative Reform Index, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units and localities to thoroughly grasp, seriously learn from experience, and have specific solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations in administrative reform pointed out by the Provincial Administrative Reform Appraisal Council in 2023 and promote administrative reform, improve the Administrative Reform Index of agencies, units and localities in the following years; assign the Department of Home Affairs to direct the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board to base on the results of the 2023 Administrative Reform Index, report to the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council as a basis for considering rewards.
It is known that this is the first year of monitoring and evaluating the provincial administrative reform work on support software. The results are extracted directly from the software, ensuring objectivity and honesty.
