Ha Tinh's public investment disbursement reached 77.3% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

According to data from the Ha Tinh State Treasury, the total disbursement value of the public investment capital plan in the area by October 31, 2023 reached VND 6,761,637 million, equal to 77.3% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and equal to 58.7% of the plan implemented by the locality.

Ha Tinh has 45 localities and units with disbursement rates of capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels reaching over 50% of the capital plan.

Specifically, the capital managed by the provincial level disbursed 2,571,449 million VND, equal to 58.4% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 46.2% of the plan implemented by the locality.

In particular, there are 14 investors that have not disbursed capital such as: Duc Tho District General Hospital, Department of Health, Nguyen Du College, My Loc Commune People's Committee...
