(Dan Tri) - The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to reclaim 4,070 square meters of land at the land plot marked CCĐT belonging to the Dan Phuong High-class Ecological Urban Area Project (Dan Phuong District) managed by the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 654 on the recovery of 4,070 square meters of land at the land plot marked CCĐT belonging to the Dan Phuong High-class Ecological Urban Area Project (Dan Phuong Commune, Dan Phuong District) managed by the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center.
After the recovery, the Hanoi People's Committee will hand over the above land area to the Dan Phuong District People's Committee for management and make a plan to auction land use rights according to regulations. The Dan Phuong District People's Committee will be allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees.
Previously, in November 2024, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision 5885 on adjusting the name of the land user at the Dan Phuong high-end ecological urban area project of nearly 45 hectares, from DIA - Ha Tay Investment and Development Company Limited to DIA Investment Joint Stock Company.
At the same time, adjust the content of handing over nearly 45 hectares of land in Dan Phuong commune, Dan Phuong district to DIA Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the investment project to build a high-class ecological urban area in Dan Phuong.
The document clearly states that within 12 consecutive months or if the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project from the date of receiving land handover on site, DIA Investment Joint Stock Company must put the land into use.

In case the land is not put into use, DIA Investment Joint Stock Company is granted a 24-month extension of land use and must pay the State an amount of money equivalent to the land use fee and land rent for the period of delay in project implementation during this period.
If the investor has not put the land into use or uses the land in violation of the provisions of this decision after the extended period, the City People's Committee shall reclaim the land without compensation for the land and assets attached to the land, except in cases of force majeure.
According to the investor's website, the Dan Phuong high-end eco-urban area project, whose commercial name is The Phoenix Garden, started construction in 2009. The project includes 468 villas, a commercial center, restaurants, hotels, etc.
DIA Investment Joint Stock Company was established in 2005, headquartered in Dan Phuong district, Hanoi. In September 2023, the company increased its charter capital from VND 390 billion to VND 1,288 billion.
As of January 2024, Mr. Le Van Khoi (born in 1982) is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the legal representative of the enterprise. In May 2024, the Company increased its charter capital to VND 1,989 billion. By December 2024, the enterprise continued to increase its charter capital to VND 2,250 billion.
