The document stated that recently the press reported that a private housing project of a 'tycoon' in Doi Can ward (Ba Dinh district) showed signs of violating construction order.

Regarding the above issue, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan assigned Ba Dinh District People's Committee to urgently inspect and handle violations (if any) according to authority and regulations of law.

Mr. Duong Duc Tuan requested Ba Dinh district, through the Department of Construction, to synthesize a report to the Hanoi People's Committee on the above project in November 2023.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to monitor, urge and guide the Ba Dinh District People's Committee to implement the regulations. The Department of Construction is responsible for synthesizing and reporting to the Hanoi People's Committee according to its assigned functions and tasks.

According to the construction permit issued by the People's Committee of Ba Dinh District in February 2021, the above project is built on a 301.3 m2 plot of land, divided into two construction blocks.
