According to the planning project, the Ngoc Khanh apartment area after reconstruction will meet the TOD model, reduce density, increase height, access public transport, in line with the orientation of adjusting the general planning of the Capital. High land use efficiency, creating a mixed high-rise land planning accessing the main roads of the city, attracting the ability to develop the regional economy.

TOD means taking the orientation of public transport system development as the basis for urban development planning, taking traffic hubs as population concentration points to further form a decentralized transport system.
