Hanoi auctions more than 46 thousand square meters of agricultural land

TPO - Dan Phuong District (Hanoi) will organize an auction of land use rights for agricultural purposes in Lien Ha Commune with a total area of ​​46,641 square meters. The starting price for the auction is 810 VND/square meter/year.

On July 30, DGV Joint Stock Auction Company (Phung town, Dan Phuong district) said that the company coordinated with the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district to prepare to organize an auction of land use rights for lease in Lien Ha commune for agricultural purposes.

Accordingly, the auctioned land at Huong Luong yard, Lien Ha commune (Dan Phuong district) with a total area of ​​46,641m2, is divided into 4 areas. Of which, land area 1 has an area of ​​5,435m2; land area 2 has an area of ​​1,404m2; land area 3 has an area of ​​33,585m2; land area 4 has an area of ​​6,219m2.

The current status of the land is public agricultural land managed by the People's Committee of Lien Ha commune for agricultural production and annual crop planting. The surrounding area is currently alluvial land with dirt roads.

The land lease term is 5 years, from the date the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district signs the decision to recognize the land auction winner. The form of use is the State leases land and pays annual land rent.

The starting price is: 810 VND/m2/year. The auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 22 at the Lien Ha Commune People's Committee Hall using the ascending price method. The auction will be conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction.
