Hanoi allocates land fund to invest in 4 new projects in Soc Son district

Hanoi People's Committee supplements land use plan for 4 projects in Soc Son district.

According to Decision No. 5720/QD-UBND, Hanoi City adjusted the content of 1 project: Upgrading and expanding the system of works and pumping station Dinh Thong, Soc Son district, increasing the project area from 0.5ha to 3.37ha, increasing the recovered area from 0.5ha to 0.75ha.

Addition of 4 projects with a total land area of ​​5.0 ha including: Construction of new Trung Gia commune health station; Construction of new Soc Son town health station; Construction of a road connecting from National Highway 3 to Trung Gia revolutionary resistance relic site; Construction of a road from Phong My village to Trung Gia commune health station.

The Hanoi People's Committee also adjusted the area of ​​land allocated in 2024 with a total area of ​​30,551.49 hectares. Specifically, including: Agricultural land 18,263.93 hectares; Non-agricultural land 12,184.29 hectares; Unused land 103.27 hectares.

Land recovery in 2024: Agricultural land is 847.48ha; Non-agricultural land is 42.61ha; Unused land is 0.45ha. Change of land use purpose in 2024: Agricultural land converted to non-agricultural land is 1,013.83ha.

Adjust the number of projects and area stated in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 2020/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2024 of Hanoi People's Committee to: 207 projects with a planning area of ​​2,042.59 hectares.

Other contents stated in Decision No. 449/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024, Decision No. 2020/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2024, Decision No. 3905/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2024 of Hanoi People's Committee remain valid.
