Kinhtedothi - On December 21, Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the Party's inspection and supervision work in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2024, the Party Committees at all levels of Ha Nam province inspected and supervised 832 Party organizations and 1,510 Party members; the Inspection Commissions at all levels inspected 391 Party organizations in performing inspection and supervision tasks; inspected 190 Party organizations in performing Party discipline enforcement tasks; inspected Party finances in terms of budget collection and expenditure for 17 Party organizations; inspected the collection, payment, management and use of Party fees for 320 Party organizations and 9,900 Party members. Supervised 379 Party organizations and 380 Parties.
Party committees and inspection committees at all levels have conducted inspections when there were signs of violations in 17 party organizations and 60 party members. Through inspections, many party organizations and party members were found to have violated the law, and were promptly handled, with the right people and the right violations, ensuring regulations. The consideration, handling and enforcement of party discipline were carried out in accordance with the correct authority, principles, and procedures; fair, accurate, and timely; contributing to deterrence, prevention, and education of cadres and party members and strict maintenance of party discipline.
In 2024, Party committees at all levels disciplined 13 Party organizations with the following forms: 3 reprimands and 10 warnings; disciplined 156 Party members with the following forms: 126 reprimands, 23 warnings, 5 dismissals and 2 expulsions. Inspection Commissions at all levels disciplined 1 Party organization with the following forms: 1 reprimand; disciplined 50 Party members with the following forms: 16 reprimands, 8 warnings and 26 expulsions.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy emphasized that in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party committees at all levels, and the Inspection Commissions at all levels, especially the heads of Party committees, need to continue to lead and direct the dissemination and implementation of documents on inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement. In particular, focusing on implementing the instructions of the Central Inspection Commission to serve the Party Congresses at all levels and preparing personnel for the Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
He requested the development of a comprehensive, focused and key work and inspection and supervision program for the 2025-2030 term. Inspection and supervision work needs to be innovated, proactive and drastic, ensuring that it serves political tasks and Party building.
Inspection and supervision activities should focus on thoroughly grasping and implementing the Central Committee's documents related to Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on monitoring sensitive areas and areas of public concern such as land management, construction investment, environment, personnel work, asset and income declaration. Improve the quality of thematic supervision, regular supervision, and promptly grasp the situation of Party organizations and Party members, especially in places where there are signs of disunity or complaints related to Congress personnel.
He emphasized the need to urge the implementation of conclusions and recommendations after inspection and supervision, ensuring the improvement of work efficiency and effectiveness. Inspection committees at all levels need to promptly detect signs of violations by party organizations and party members, including members of the same-level committee and cadres under the management of the committee. When inspecting, it is necessary to clearly conclude right and wrong, point out the causes of violations, help the subjects recognize shortcomings, overcome and correct mistakes.
The enforcement of Party discipline must be strict, transparent, accurate, and accurate in terms of the person and the fault, ensuring fairness, understanding, and compliance with Party regulations and State laws. The handling of complaints, reception of citizens, and handling of denunciations must also comply with the correct authority and regulations.
