Contribute to the preparation of the Congress of the Fatherland Front of Ha Tinh province for the term 2024-2029

In the first 6 months of 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and member organizations in Ha Tinh have well implemented the coordination and unified action program, achieving many remarkable results.

Information, propaganda, mobilization, gathering, and promotion of people's mastery; strengthening the great national unity bloc are increasingly effective, contributing to strengthening consensus among the people and maintaining political stability in the locality.

Campaigns and emulation movements are deployed widely and effectively to celebrate the congresses of the Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term and major holidays and events of the homeland and country.

Over the past 6 months, the entire Ha Tinh province has mobilized money and goods worth over 89.8 billion VND, people donated more than 73,000 m2 of land, and contributed nearly 484,000 working days to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas. The locality has had 19 more models of "Community Cultural House - House of Wisdom" launched and put into use, promoting efficiency...

Activities for the poor and social security were implemented promptly. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, the whole province mobilized 149,234 gifts, worth more than 71.7 billion VND, for people with meritorious services, poor households, the elderly, children in difficult circumstances and social protection beneficiaries.

The “For the Poor” Fund at all levels mobilized more than 18 billion VND, and social security sources mobilized more than 65 billion VND. From this source of funding, it supported the construction and repair of houses, economic development, medical examination and treatment, and education costs for thousands of people...

The gratitude activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (1954 - 2024) were carried out methodically and solemnly. The Fatherland Front of Ha Tinh province advised on organizing 125 delegations to visit and present gratitude gifts directly at the homes of 1,137 martyrs, soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers with a total cost of nearly 2.4 billion VND...

Social supervision and criticism activities are focused on, plans are developed from the beginning of the year, topics are selected that are close to the reality of each unit and locality, and are associated with the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Foreign affairs and international diplomacy activities are enhanced...

In the last 6 months of 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province identified a number of key tasks such as continuing to mobilize people to respond to emulation movements and campaigns; effectively implementing the work of grasping public opinion, promptly reflecting people's thoughts and aspirations; continuing social security activities; social criticism, thematic supervision...

Organizing the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ha Tinh province, term 2024 - 2029. Coordinating with relevant units to advise the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to summarize 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU, dated July 15, 2019 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on "Strengthening the leadership of the Party; improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the coming time"...

In preparation for the congress, the conference discussed in 3 groups. Delegates in the groups focused on analyzing the results and limitations in the work of the Front in the past time and gave opinions on the contents of the preparation work for the 15th Congress of the Fatherland Front of Ha Tinh province, term 2024 - 2029.

Accordingly, many delegates contributed ideas to amend and supplement a number of contents in the draft congress documents; goals and action programs for the new term; personnel structure; logistics; propaganda work before, during and after the congress...

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province Tran Nhat Tan acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of members of the discussion groups; seriously accepted the delegates' comments to complete the political report and documents related to the congress.

The Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested the subcommittees of the congress to promote a sense of responsibility, prepare well the content of documents and conditions to ensure the successful organization of the 15th Provincial Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024 - 2029.
