With the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, Google has upgraded the Pixel line with a new Tensor G3 chipset. The new chip has more artificial intelligence features, allowing users to process more data on the device and in the cloud.
The AI feature also supports taking photos, synthesizing websites, and blocking spam calls. The Pixel 8 Pro series has an additional "Thermometer" application to measure body temperature, approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
