On February 7 and 8, Radar Station 570 (Regiment 451, Naval Region 4 Command) coordinated with Binh Ba Border Guard Station (Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command), Binh Ba Air Defense Observation Station (Staff, Regiment 292, Division 377, Air Defense - Air Force Service) and Cam Binh Commune Kindergarten (Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province) to organize the wrapping of Chung cakes to support households in difficult circumstances on Binh Ba Island.
Accordingly, the units wrapped more than 90 banh chung to give to the people. The money to buy raw materials was taken from the production fund of the participating units and most of the sticky rice was supported by the Naval Region 4 Command. The banh chung guaranteed to have full ingredients, traditional flavor, quality and standard weight. The number of banh chung wrapped will be given to 20 households in difficult circumstances on the island (each household gets 4 banh chung) and officers, soldiers and forces of the participating units. It is known that this is an annual activity in the mass mobilization work on the occasion of Tet, spring comes, demonstrating the noble gesture of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" with the spirit of supporting people to celebrate Tet, leaving no one behind.

In addition to making banh chung to support the people, every year Radar Station 570 has useful and meaningful volunteer activities. Last year, in response to the program "Coordinating with fishermen to manage targets, maintaining sovereignty" launched by Radar Regiment 451, officers and soldiers of Radar Station 570 donated and mobilized relatives to support protective clothing to support fishermen in catching seafood. At the same time, they sent forces to participate in weaving nets to encourage fishermen to continue the tradition of fishing in the fishing grounds off Binh Ba Island and in the Truong Sa archipelago, Khanh Hoa province.
In addition, the Party Committee of Radar Station 570 sent cadres to each household to propagate, mobilize, and persuade fishermen to send their children to general education programs, eliminating the habit of dropping out of school to go to sea. During the year, a fund was launched to encourage learning and donate books with a total amount of over 10 million VND.
