Mr. Pham Quoc Toan, a teacher at Tuyensinh247.com system, assessed that the reference Physics exam in 2024 still follows the same spirit, structure, and level of differentiation as the 2023 high school graduation exam. 40 questions are arranged from easy to difficult, mainly covering 12th grade knowledge (90% - 36 questions) and a small part of 11th grade knowledge (10% - 4 questions).

Teacher Toan predicted that the score range would be mainly 5-7, with few scores from 9-10, and absolute scores of 10 would still be few. The high-level application questions would still fall into the chapters Mechanical Oscillation (Oscillating Systems), Alternating Current (Graphs, Circuits), Mechanical Waves and Sound Waves (Wave Interference). There would be two questions exploiting graphs. In general, the questions scoring 9.5-10 were quite heavy on Mathematics.

Students need to pay more attention to comprehension questions, especially qualitative multiple choice questions. Sometimes, after reading, it feels very easy, but sometimes they are deceived about the nature of Physics. When it comes to these questions, candidates need to calmly read the question carefully, not rush to finalize the final answer.

Regarding Chemistry, Mr. Pham Thanh Tung, a teacher in Hanoi, said that compared to last year, this year's exam has reduced the number of questions that are heavy on calculation, directing students to more practical questions and no longer math-chemistry questions. The exam also requires students to have a firm grasp of the theory of many issues and topics.

The content focuses on the 12th grade program, some questions are from the 11th grade program. In particular, the exam is closer to the new program, adding practical questions, reducing too heavy calculation exercises. The number of practical exercises increases to 3 questions (2 practice questions and 1 theory question).

According to Mr. Tung, the exam content is still mainly from the 12th grade program (accounting for 92.5%), the remaining 7.5% is from the 11th grade program such as topics on alcohol, carbon, and phosphorus.

The exam will not have too high a differentiation at the score level of 8 to 8.5 points because the number of VDC questions is not much (2 questions).

Regarding Biology, the Tuyensinh 247 system's professional board said that this year's sample exam structure has not changed much compared to previous years, the knowledge is in the 11th and 12th grade program. Of which, Biology knowledge for grade 11 has 4 questions (accounting for 10%), Biology for grade 12 has 36 questions (accounting for 90%). The predicted score range for this Biology exam ranges from 6 to 7.5 points.

Teachers also analyzed that the test had 29 theoretical questions (72.5%), 5 calculation questions (12.5%), and 6 data analysis questions (15%).

In general, the test is for reference only, letting students know the structure of the test and the level of exercises and theories in the test, thereby having a basis for better and more focused review. The real test will increase the difficulty level of the application questions, there may be high-level application questions, requiring students to have good thinking and analysis to find the correct answer.
