The program was organized with performances and dances by Vietnamese and Lao teachers and students, demonstrating the cultural beauty and traditions of Vietnam and Laos; at the same time, delegates attended a discussion to review the glorious, heroic, loyal and devoted traditions of the Vietnam - Laos relationship. Thereby, contributing to affirming and fostering the friendship, the special, close and loyal relationship between the two countries and the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos; educating the revolutionary tradition for cadres, civil servants, employees and students of the School.

Over the years, Thai Nguyen University of Education has always attached great importance to strengthening educational cooperation and cultural exchange with Laos. The school has trained thousands of international students for the Lao PDR. At the same time, it has organized training on the capacity to develop training programs, innovate teaching methods and apply information technology in teaching for many managers and teachers; has been providing many valuable scholarships (free tuition and dormitory fees) to train high-quality lecturers and teachers for the Lao PDR, especially doctoral training and many other meaningful activities.
