TNG Golden Heart Fund: Realizing the dream of settling down

TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company symbolically presented 100 million VND in support from the "Golden Heart Fund" to the family of Ms. Luong Thi Thu, a worker of sewing group 16, TNG Song Cong 1 sewing branch.

The Golden Heart Fund was established by TNG Company in February 2025. This is a practical activity in response to the Program "eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" launched by the Prime Minister . With profound humanitarian and practical meaning, up to now, the Fund has mobilized over 4.2 billion VND from 1,224 organizations and individuals. Through this, TNG Company has supported 5 workers in difficult circumstances with a support level of 100 million VND/person to build, upgrade and repair houses.

Ms. Le Thi Thuy, who works in the cutting team at TNG Dai Tu Branch, is one of the poor households receiving support from the Golden Heart Fund. Ms. Thuy's husband passed away early, and she is raising two young children. All of her family's expenses depend on her salary, so for many years the family has not been able to repair their dilapidated house. Understanding her situation, last March, TNG Company supported Ms. Thuy with 100 million VND to repair her house.

Receiving the support money, Ms. Thuy was moved: Without the help of the collective and employees of the Company, I don't know when my family would have had the opportunity to repair the house to be more solid and sturdy. This is not only a practical source of material support but also a motivation for me to strive to improve in life.

Like Ms. Thuy, many other people in similar difficult circumstances such as Ms. Ta Thi Loan at TNG Dai Tu Branch; Ms. Luong Thi Thu at Sewing Team 16, TNG Song Cong 1 Sewing Branch; Ms. Bui Thi May - Sewing Team 06, TNG Phu Binh 2 Branch... also received support of 100 million VND from the Golden Heart Fund to repair their houses that have been degraded for many years.

To raise the Fund, the unit sent an open letter calling for support and propagating the meaning and purpose to the collective leadership and employees at the affiliated branches; reviewed and selected the support objects to ensure the criteria: Being in difficult circumstances without a house or living in a temporary house, a dilapidated house; having worked continuously at TNG Company for 5 years or more, for both husband and wife, the total working time at the Company is 8 years or more; having a land use right certificate in the name of the owner or proof of inheritance or co-ownership and having a minimum residential land area of ​​50m2...

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoan, Deputy Director of TNG Dai Tu Garment Branch : When the Company launched the Golden Heart Fund, the Branch reviewed and made a list of beneficiaries according to the criteria, and at the same time organized the launch and received enthusiastic response from a large number of officers, employees and workers.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Chairman of the TNG Company Union, shared: In the process of selecting the beneficiaries, we organized visits to their residences and worked with local authorities to conduct assessments and verifications according to the criteria. Thanks to that, the support is guaranteed to be public, transparent and targeted. Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, TNG will continue to maintain and expand the Fund's resources to partners and customers; diversify forms of propaganda and mobilization... to turn the activities into a widespread movement, spreading good values ​​in the enterprise.
