Handing over 876.8m2 of land to the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district to build Duc Thang people's market

Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned 876.8 square meters of land in Duc Thang ward, Bac Tu Liem district (completed site clearance as confirmed by the Bac Tu Liem District People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 2285/UBNDTTPTQD dated July 12, 2024) to the Bac Tu Liem District People's Committee to implement the Duc Thang Ward People's Market Construction Project, approved by the Bac Tu Liem District People's Committee in Decision No. 2856/QD-UBND dated September 16, 2022.

The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined in the 1/500 scale master plan drawing of the Duc Thang Ward People's Market Construction Project prepared by GP Construction Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, approved by the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District with Document No. 2749/UBND-QLDT dated September 6, 2022. Form of land use: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees.

The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site. Organize the implementation of technical infrastructure construction according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure; Be responsible for the preparation and approval of the Master Plan Drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas, economical and effective use of land. Use land for the right purpose, boundary, and determined area; implement investment projects according to the provisions of law.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field to the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district.

Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and corrects land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.

Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving the land handover on site, the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District must put the land into use; in case the land is not put into use or the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project from the date of receiving the land handover on site, the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District shall be granted a 24-month extension of land use; after the extension period expires and the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District has not put the land into use or has used the land in a manner inconsistent with the above content, the City People's Committee shall reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining land investment costs.
