At Dien Bien Road Joint Stock Company I, as of the end of 9 months of 2023, there were 47 people participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. When employees signed labor contracts to work, the Company registered to participate in insurance regimes in accordance with regulations in a complete and timely manner. The establishment, management of records, books, and documents to monitor the settlement and payment of sickness, maternity, and health recovery regimes for employees are fully reflected in the Company's payroll and timesheets clearly and transparently; records are stored in printed and soft files. However, due to the difficult situation of production and business activities, in the period of 2021 - 2023, the Company often delayed the payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees. In 2023, the Company had to pay over 660 million VND, but by the end of September 30, it had only paid 350 million VND...

On behalf of the monitoring delegation, comrade Nguyen Phu Duc, Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee, Provincial People's Council acknowledged and summarized the results achieved by Dien Bien Road Joint Stock Company I and Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company in implementing the provisions of the law on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies for the period 2021 - 2023. Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the units, the delegation synthesized, received and forwarded them to competent agencies and levels in the coming time.
