On the morning of August 9, the Security and Order Steering Committee of Dong Hai ward (Thanh Hoa city) organized the "National Day for National Security Protection in 2024".

On this occasion, Director of the Provincial Police Department Tran Phu Ha and Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City Le Anh Xuan presented Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the People and cadres of Dong Hai ward for their outstanding achievements in implementing the movement of the whole people to protect national security and organize activities of "National Security Protection Day" in 2024.
On this occasion, 1 collective and 2 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Provincial Police; 1 collective received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee; 20 individuals received gifts from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Director of the Provincial Police.
