According to the report of the Project Management Board (PMU) of Hanoi City's traffic construction investment reporting to the Hanoi People's Committee on the progress of the implementation of the Ring Road 4 project - Capital region, it is expected that before Tet 2024, Hanoi will move nearly 11,000 graves, reaching 100% to serve the construction of Ring Road 4 - Capital region.
Accordingly, the total number of graves that need to be moved is nearly 11,000, of which nearly 900 are in Soc Son district; 370 are in Me Linh district; nearly 1,700 are in Dan Phuong district; 3,370 are in Hoai Duc district; more than 2,200 are in Ha Dong district; more than 500 are in Thanh Oai district and nearly 1,900 are in Thuong Tin district.
Up to now, nearly 6,000 houses have been moved (nearly 55%), some districts have basically completed the relocation: Me Linh 100%; Soc Son 100%; Thanh Oai nearly 95%; Thuong Tin 98%.
Currently, functional units have also recovered more than 445 hectares of land (reaching nearly 56%); the total approved amount is more than 3,700 billion VND.
Up to now, Hanoi has moved nearly 6,000 graves, reaching nearly 55%.
The Ring Road 4 project - Capital region is expected to start construction at the end of June 2023 at 4 locations.
Location 1: At the intersection between Ring Road 4 and National Highway 2, route Km1+444, in Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district (package No. 08/TP2-XL).
Location 2: At the intersection between Ring Road 4 and Phuong Bang Street, Km28, in Song Phuong Commune, Hoai Duc District (package No. 09/TP2-XL).
Location 3: At the southern intersection, route Km45+700, Tam Hung commune, Thanh Oai district (package No. 10/TP2-XL).
Location 4: At the intersection with the old National Highway 1A, route Km52+600, in Van Binh commune, Thuong Tin district (package No. 11/TP2-XL).
In addition to the achieved results, the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board assessed that due to the scale and complexity of the project, involving many localities and ministries and branches, the progress of the implementation of component project 3 (expressway construction investment under the public-private partnership method) has not yet met the initial schedule.
The unit also recommended that the Hanoi People's Committee organize a meeting with relevant ministries to consult and receive guidance and direction to resolve existing problems and difficulties in the management and use of state budget capital implemented according to the plan to separate into sub-projects in component project 3 according to regulations .
