Nearly 100 plots of land in the suburbs of Hanoi to be auctioned in the last month of the year

(Dan Tri) - 94 plots of land in suburban districts of Hanoi will be auctioned in December, with starting prices of 1.1 million VND/m2.

On December 13, My Duc district (Hanoi) will auction 40 plots of land in Dung Duoi area, Bot Xuyen village; Go La area, Phu Huu village; Dong Trai 1 area, Cua Vong area, My Tien village, Bot Xuyen commune.

The plots of land have an area of ​​97-315 m2/plot with a starting price of 1.1-1.7 million VND/m2. The auction method and form is by direct voting in one round at the auction according to the ascending price method.

On December 9, Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 4 auctioned land plots in Kim Chung commune - location X2, Dong Sanh area; 2 auctioned land plots in Lai Yen commune - location X1, Bo Dam area; 1 auctioned land plot in Di Trach commune - Co Bong area.

The plots of land have an area of ​​45-92 m2/plot with a starting price of 11-26 million VND/m2. The purpose of the plots of land is rural residential land; the land use period is stable and long-term. The form and method of auction is by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction according to the ascending price method.

On December 19, Me Linh District (Hanoi) organized an auction of 11 plots of land at Point X1, Dong Cao Village, Trang Viet Commune. The plots of land have an area of ​​100-155 m2/plot with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.

On the morning of December 7, Thanh Oai district will continue to auction 19 plots of land with a starting price of VND5.3 million/m2. The plots of land range in area from 87m2 to 117m2, with deposits ranging from VND92 million to VND136 million/plot. The auction will be conducted in multiple rounds of direct secret balloting (at least 5 rounds required).

Then, on the morning of December 21, Thanh Oai district continued to auction 20 plots of land also in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune. The plots of land have areas ranging from 96m2 to 149.34m2, with a starting price of 5.4 million VND/m2.

Deposits for plots of land range from VND 109 million to VND 158 million per plot. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (minimum 8 mandatory rounds).

Previously, on November 30, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 22 plots of land in Do Dong commune. The plots of land put up for auction had the smallest area of ​​over 85 m2 and the largest of over 135 m2. The starting price of these plots was from 5.3 million VND/m2, corresponding to a deposit of 90.89-143.84 million VND/plot.

The auction is conducted in a direct secret ballot with multiple rounds; at least 6 rounds are required; the minimum bid is 5 million VND/m2. Thus, participants must pay a minimum of 35.3 million VND/m2 to be able to own the land.

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Nguyen Trong Khien - Vice Chairman of Thanh Oai District People's Committee - said that in the 8th round, the highest price was about 70 million VND/m2, but because customers all gave up, the auctioned land lots were all unsuccessful.
