As of December 31, 2024, Dien Ban has 11 specialized agencies under the Town People's Committee, including the Office of the People's Council & People's Committee; Department of Home Affairs; Department of Culture - Sports; Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Education and Training; Department of Economy; Department of Finance - Planning; Department of Justice; Inspectorate; Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Urban Management.

Besides, there are 74 public service units under the Town People's Committee, including 69 school units (20 kindergartens, 29 primary schools, 20 secondary schools) and 5 service units including the Center for Culture - Sports and Radio - Television; Center for Agricultural Techniques; Center for Land Fund Development; Construction Investment Project Management Board; Urban Regulation Inspection Team.

There are also 7 associations including the Red Cross, the Association for the Promotion of Education, the Association of Patriotic Prisoners, the Association of the Blind, the Association of Former Youth Volunteers, the Association of Oriental Medicine and the Association of the Elderly.

It is expected that after the reorganization, Dien Ban Town People's Committee will reduce 2 specialized agencies (18%) and 1 public service unit (18% and 20% respectively). The total number of agencies and units under the Town People's Committee will be reduced from 85 units to 82 units.

The conference approved the project to reorganize the apparatus of agencies and units under the People's Committee of Dien Ban town according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee and the project to establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the town Party Committee. At the same time, the plan to consolidate and merge the apparatus was discussed to ensure smooth operation in the coming time.
