A representative of the Dam Ha District Project Management Board said that the project was scheduled to be completed by September, but is now "behind schedule". The unit is coordinating with relevant agencies to find solutions to overcome difficulties; especially in finding sources of filling materials to compensate for the delay and is expected to put the project into operation in May 2025.

"The project requires about 20,000 ^m3 of land for leveling, but currently the source has not been found, making it very difficult to disburse local public investment capital. Last year (2023 - PV), the locality arranged capital but could not disburse it, so it had to switch to another project. The project does not lack money, but there is no land for leveling, so the progress is slow," said a representative of the Dam Ha District Project Management Board.
