In order to make studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle effective, the Standing Committee of Dong Ha City Party Committee has directed the effective implementation of information and propaganda work on the great values ​​of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.

Synchronously and seriously deploy the study, dissemination and implementation of the contents of the central, provincial and municipal levels on studying and following Uncle Ho in conjunction with promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" in the entire local political system.

Develop ethical standards for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and city workers; direct competent authorities to guide and urge agencies, units, and wards to develop programs and plans to specify topics, themes, and ethical standards in accordance with the requirements of tasks and specific characteristics of each agency and unit, and closely match the target and work position.

Periodically organize assessments and comments on individual registrations to serve as a basis for evaluating year-end results. Direct grassroots party organizations to develop and seriously implement plans to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with performing socio-economic development tasks and ensuring national defense and security.

Many units have publicly posted ethical standards at their workplaces so that cadres, party members and the people know, voluntarily implement and monitor the implementation. Some party cells and grassroots party committees have developed concise, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember, easy-to-implement ethical standards, linked to assigned duties and responsibilities.

Grassroots party organizations, agencies and units have had many good and creative ways of linking the following of Uncle Ho with the movements and campaigns of their agencies and units. The heads of Party committees, authorities, agencies and units have exemplary fulfilled their responsibility of setting an example for cadres, party members and the masses to follow.

A notable result in studying and following Uncle Ho in Dong Ha is that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has directed the implementation of the model of "Working group of ward leaders directly meeting and grasping the situation in households"; establishing a working group of the City Party Committee to directly monitor and guide the Party Committees of wards in performing political tasks and attending the activities of residential area Party cells. Organizing dialogues between the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and cadres and people in residential areas with recommendations and reflections. Organizing quarterly periodic meetings between the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Party cell secretaries, neighborhood chiefs, etc.

Directing the strict implementation of the signing of responsibility commitments by leaders and collectives of units and localities in performing tasks; directing party committees at all levels to focus on developing collective action plans, selecting a number of specific breakthrough tasks and issues, prominent and urgent issues of public concern to focus on solving; assigning tasks, determining time, and thoroughly solving outstanding and long-standing issues.

The forum “The role of party cells in educating and managing cadres and party members to prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, and manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the party’s grassroots organizations” was organized enthusiastically and effectively. The work of inspecting, evaluating, praising and rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho was given due importance.

It can be affirmed that studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings in recent years in Dong Ha has achieved positive results, had a strong influence, and contributed significantly to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and consolidating a strong local political system.
