To date, 337 products have been recognized as meeting OCOP standards; 6 products are exported to Korea, New Zealand, Russia, Japan, and Angola.

Economic and social infrastructure continues to be invested in and upgraded, especially the traffic system, cultural facilities, schools, medical stations, and centralized clean water.

Based on the achieved results, in 2024, Ha Tinh sets specific goals such as: Maintaining 100% of communes meeting NTM standards, having 20 more communes meeting advanced NTM standards, 5 communes meeting model NTM standards; striving for 100% of districts, cities, and towns to meet standards/complete the task of building NTM; Thach Ha, Duc Tho, Can Loc, and Nghi Xuan districts to strive to meet advanced NTM district standards; striving for 100% of wards and towns to meet civilized urban standards; having at least 50 products meeting OCOP standards, of which at least 5 products meet 4-star standards or higher; basically completing the requirements for the province to complete the task of building NTM.

In particular, the criteria for the 2021-2025 period are higher than the previous period; grassroots resources are difficult; the operating apparatus and steering committees at district and commune levels have not been completed; there is a shortage of human resources, especially specialized cadres for the new rural areas; clean water criteria are facing difficulties...

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that all levels and sectors must determine the target of people's satisfaction; directly improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Sectors and localities need to continue to resolutely implement and strive to basically complete the criteria of a new rural province in 2024. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the tasks in the coming time are very heavy, therefore, we must strive to achieve the basic goal of completing the criteria of the new rural province and need to identify this goal as the key task of 2024; it requires determination and efforts of the entire political system, promoting the role of the subject, initiative and positivity of the people - an important factor in mobilizing social resources.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Office for New Rural Development to be proactive, enhance its advisory role, and operate resolutely and effectively. It requested that localities focus on directing and organizing the implementation of the new rural development goals and targets for the 2021-2025 period. In particular, it must ensure substance, effectiveness and sustainability, increasingly going into depth, not chasing after achievements and movements.

All levels and sectors need to pay great attention to production development, considering this as the root to "improve the quality" of NTM. In particular, it is necessary to effectively implement policies to encourage agricultural and rural development; focus on land accumulation and organic agriculture. Strengthen and improve the efficiency of cooperatives and cooperative groups to act as a sustainable bridge between people and businesses. Review and select a number of typical OCOP products with advantages of the province to consolidate and upgrade, associated with promoting trade promotion.

Strongly promote the movement to build civilized urban areas along with the movement to build new rural areas.
