Actively and proactively innovate content and programs
Identifying innovation in content and programs as the key to improving the quality of political education, in recent years, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have focused on leading and directing Party committees and commanders of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Directive No. 124-CT/QUTW and the Project. On that basis, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces have actively and proactively built political education content and programs to ensure comprehensiveness and harmony in the amount of knowledge, suitable to the cognitive level of each subject, with focus, key points and high feasibility. In particular, focusing on studying and thoroughly grasping resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party at all levels; educating on Marxism-Leninism theory, Ho Chi Minh thought; contents on building political mettle, determination, moral qualities, style and lifestyle; awareness of compliance with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; knowledge of culture, society, and life skills; at the same time, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units strengthen the orientation of political education contents in new, topical times and tasks; the political education contents determined by the units themselves have selected practical contents, close to the characteristics of the situation, tasks of the agencies, units, and educational objects. At the same time, the contents of political and ideological activities; political and current affairs announcements; reading newspapers, listening to the radio, watching television; political and spiritual culture days at the grassroots level and monthly legal days are maintained in a disciplined, quality, and effective manner.
Flexible application of forms and methods
Along with implementing the content and practical education programs, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units have flexibly and creatively applied the forms of organization and methods of political education. In political teaching, consistently implementing the motto of "substantial teaching, substantial learning, and substantial testing and evaluation of results", closely combining traditional and modern methods, combining knowledge transfer with experience exchange, education and self-education, focusing on promoting the positivity, initiative and creativity of learners. Using a combination of methods and visual aids; enhancing diagrams and pictures, exploiting and effectively using initiatives and improvements to serve political education; conducting dialogues, increasing interaction between teachers and learners. Every year, agencies and units in the provincial armed forces complete 100% of the content and political education programs for the subjects; 100% of the test results met the requirements, of which 75% were good or excellent.
In addition, to improve the effectiveness of political education, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have launched many emulation movements to win in conjunction with the local patriotic emulation movements such as: "Good training, good solidarity, strict discipline", "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", "Manage and exploit weapons and technical equipment well, durable, safe, economical and safe in traffic", "Build a good, healthy and rich cultural environment in the army" in conjunction with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life". Thereby, contributing to the development and perfection of personality, enhancing political mettle, revolutionary ethics, working style and practical operational capacity for officers and soldiers in the provincial armed forces./.
