On the afternoon of February 14, the Ministry of Public Security held an online conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 17 of the Party Committee of the Public Security Forces and Directive No. 13 of the Minister of Public Security on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in the People's Public Security Forces and to review the work of education, training and fostering cadres in the People's Public Security Forces in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025. After 10 years of implementing Resolution 17 and Directive No. 13, Party committees and leaders at all levels in the People's Public Security have paid attention to leading and directing the synchronous implementation of tasks and solutions. The system of training and fostering facilities in the People's Public Security has been improved in accordance with the development plan... Training methods have been innovated in the direction of closely following practical requirements, linking theory with practice. The quality of teachers and educational managers in the People's Public Security has been constantly improved. The leaders of the Ministry of Public Security requested that in the coming time, Party committees, Party organizations, leaders of Public Security units, localities, and Public Security schools need to continue to lead, direct, thoroughly grasp, and effectively implement policies and guidelines on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. Functional units under the Ministry should proactively research, advise, and propose to remove bottlenecks in education and training; Promote political and ideological education; Focus on the quality and effectiveness of education and training; Continue to promote the application of science and technology in education and training.../.
