Le Quang once shared: "Acting in movies or being a film director is seasonal. A film director can receive tens of millions in three or four months, but he has to move around a lot and go nowhere. Therefore, I have to plan for the short term and long term, and have a stable income to feel secure making movies."

In middle age, the actor also works as a singer at fairs and restaurants to earn an income to cover his living expenses. The actor once shared that for each show he sings at fairs and restaurants, he gets paid from 3-5 million VND.

The actor is quite secretive about his personal life. The public only knows that he has 3 children and is living with his wife and children in Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh City.

Although life is still full of hardships and difficulties, Le Quang is always proud of what he has chosen. He affirmed: "I do not feel ashamed of doing many jobs to earn money as long as they are honest. Later, if I can no longer perform or sing, I will probably sell lottery tickets."
