The project, implemented by Hung Anh Land Company Limited, opens up opportunities for a modern apartment complex, meeting the increasing demand for housing in Son Tra District. The Elias Riverpark project – Han Riverside Park Apartment, recently approved for investment by the Da Nang City People's Committee, is an ambitious step by Hung Anh Land.

With a land area of ​​2,117.1 m2, a construction floor area of ​​up to 17,600 m2, the project aims to invest in and build a civilized, modern apartment complex including residential apartments combined with commercial services, tourist apartments with full support facilities such as community living area, kindergarten, parking area...

Project with synchronous technical infrastructure and business services for apartment sales; commercial premises for lease.

The project also aims to form a new apartment complex at Lot B4-3 of the Han River Tourist Service Area, partially solving the growing housing demand in Son Tra district.

Da Nang will have another Han River park apartment project (Elias Riverpark) with a total investment of up to 628,823 billion VND.

The project has a scale of 29 floors above ground and 3 basements, with a total investment of up to 628,823 billion VND. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028, with an operating period lasting until 2062.

However, to implement a large project like Elias Riverpark, the company needs to ensure construction progress, project quality and resolve legal issues, which are significant challenges in the real estate sector.

According to Nguoi Dua Tin , Hung Anh Land was established in August 2019, headquartered at 98 Thanh Vinh 4, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city.

This company's main business is real estate trading, land use rights owned by the user or rented.

Initially, Hung Anh Land was represented by Mr. Nguyen Hung as the legal representative, Chairman of the Board of Members and Director of the company.

The charter capital of the company when it was established was 50 billion VND, of which Mr. Nguyen Hung contributed 85% (equivalent to 42.5 billion VND) and the remaining belonged to Mr. Chau Quang Anh at a rate of 15%.

During the development process, Hung Anh Land has taken strategic steps to expand its operations. By April 14, 2020, the company had increased its charter capital to VND 130 billion, of which Mr. Nguyen Hung still holds a capital contribution of 85% (equivalent to VND 110.5 billion), while Mr. Chau Quang Anh contributes the remaining 15%.

This shows that Hung Anh Land has had strong development in a short time, with the goal of participating in larger projects in the real estate sector.

However, one of the biggest changes of Hung Anh Land took place on October 13, 2021. At this time, the company changed its legal representative as well as its leadership structure.

Mr. Nguyen Hung has transferred the role of Chairman of the Board of Members and Director to Mr. Chau Quang Anh. At the same time, the charter capital structure has also undergone important changes. Mr. Chau Quang Anh has increased the capital contribution ratio to 80%, equivalent to 104 billion VND, while Mr. Nguyen Hung only holds 20% of the charter capital.
