According to the report on Party building work, Dien Ban Town Party Committee has focused on leadership and direction and achieved many positive results such as: Organizing 7 political activities; opening 212 political theory training classes; sending 47 cadres to attend advanced political classes and nearly 2,000 cadres to attend professional training classes on party work. The entire Party Committee has admitted 648 party members, exceeding the target set in the resolution.

During the term, Dien Ban City Party Committee and grassroots Party committees conducted 225 inspections of 225 party organizations and 328 party members; supervised 216 inspections of 216 party organizations and 294 party members. Through inspections, disciplinary action was taken against 1 party organization and 181 party members.

Regarding the direction of preparations for Party congresses at all levels in the town, up to now, 45/289 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees have organized congresses and are expected to complete them by January 15, 2025. Dien Phuoc Commune Party Committee was selected to organize a model congress and elect the Secretary directly at the congress.

At the working session, the recommendations and proposals of the Standing Committee of Dien Ban Town Party Committee were received, synthesized and reported by the Survey Delegation to the Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee.
