Vietnam People's Army high-ranking military delegation departs for ACDFM-20

At the invitation of the Commander of the Indonesian National Army, this morning (June 6), a high-ranking military delegation of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) led by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense, left Hanoi to attend the 20th ASEAN Chiefs of Defense Forces Meeting (ACDFM-20) held in Bali, Indonesia.

The high-ranking military delegation of the Vietnam People's Army attending ACDFM-20 aims to continue affirming Vietnam's activeness and proactiveness as a responsible member of ASEAN in general and ASEAN military-defense cooperation in particular, while contributing to promoting substantive military-defense cooperation among ASEAN countries.
