Suspend circulation, recall and destroy batches of Natural Feminine products

According to Official Dispatch No. 273/QLD-MP dated January 25, 2024 of the Department of Drug Administration (Ministry of Health), the product required to be suspended from circulation, recalled and destroyed belongs to the batch of Natural Feminine Hygiene Solution - 100ml bottle; Batch number: 01010623; Manufacturing date: June 1, 23; Expiry date: June 1, 26; SCB: 2247/22/CBMP-LA (Product name stated on the Declaration Form: Natural Feminine, brand name: Curcumin Wash).

This product is distributed by La Beauté Company Limited (address at 23A Ky Hoa, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) and manufactured by Lavita Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Production Company Limited (address: Lot C2, Area H, Tan Kim Industrial Park, Can Giuoc Town, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province).

Reasons for suspending circulation, recalling and destroying cosmetics that do not meet quality standards regarding microbial limits in cosmetics according to regulations.

Order of circulation, recall and destruction of natural feminine cream quality product image 1 — The product Natural Feminine has just been proposed for recall by the Drug Administration.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally-run cities to notify businesses and cosmetic users in the area to immediately stop selling and using the above batch of Natural Feminine Hygiene Solution - 100ml bottle and return the product to the supplier;

Proceed to recall and destroy the above-mentioned batch of violating products; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; handle violating units according to current regulations.

La Beauté Company Limited and Lavita Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Production Company Limited must send a recall notice to the distributors and users of the above batch of Natural Feminine Hygiene Solution - 100ml Bottle; Receive returned products from business establishments, recall and destroy all batches of products that do not meet regulations.

Send a recall and destruction report for the above batch of Natural Feminine Hygiene Solution - 100ml bottle to the Department of Drug Administration before February 25, 2024.

The Drug Administration also requested the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health and the Long An Provincial Department of Health to inspect La Beauté Company Limited and Lavita Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Production Company Limited in their compliance with the provisions of law on cosmetics management in the production and trading of cosmetics.

Supervise companies to recall and destroy batches of Natural Feminine Hygiene Solution - 100ml bottle that do not meet regulations; Handle and punish violations according to current regulations and report results to the Department of Drug Administration before March 10, 2024.
