On the morning of December 2, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the conference.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to work at the Nam Sach District Party Committee; appointed him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Nam Sach District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, starting from December 2, 2024.
Speaking at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary assessed that Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung is a well-trained cadre with good working capacity and solid political qualities. He has over 16 years of continuous work experience in the planning and investment sector. During his work, he has always been receptive, learned, and strived to complete his assigned tasks well.
The Provincial Party Secretary said that the transfer and appointment of cadres aims to promote the capacity, strengths, training and education of the province's cadres; at the same time, it is a step to prepare personnel for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The transfer and appointment of comrade Nguyen Duy Hung aims to continue training and testing cadres at the grassroots level.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung to urgently focus on grasping the new work. Continue to promote his own intelligence and experience, constantly strive, explore, learn and improve his sense of responsibility in work. Unite with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of Nam Sach district to lead, direct, and complete the tasks well, building Nam Sach district to develop more and more.
Previously, comrade Le Quang Thu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Nam Sach District Party Committee, retired from the regime on November 1.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung was born in 1985 in Hai Duong City. He has a degree in civil and industrial engineering, a master's degree in business administration, and a high level of political theory.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung has held the positions of Deputy Head of Investment Appraisal Department; Chief Inspector of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
