In 2023, Ha Tinh's retail revenue will reach more than VND 59,776 billion, an increase of more than 13% compared to 2022. Of this increase, 10/12 product groups have increased revenue.

In 2023, apparel retail revenue will reach VND3,383 billion, up 16% compared to 2022.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, in 2023, trade and service activities in Ha Tinh were quite vibrant. The supply of goods was abundant, meeting the consumption needs of the people. Accordingly, the total retail sales of goods in 2023 reached more than 59,776 billion VND, an increase of 13.03% compared to 2022.

Of the 12 retail product groups, 10 groups had increased revenue compared to 2022, including: wood and construction materials reached VND 3,624 billion (up 38.4%); precious stones and precious metals reached VND 1,197 billion (up 31.5%); cultural and educational items reached VND 356 billion (28.3%); household appliances, tools and equipment reached VND 6,918 billion (up 27.3%); food and foodstuff reached VND 27,123 billion (up 18%); garments reached VND 3,383 billion (up 16%); gasoline and oil of all kinds reached VND 6,951 billion (up 20%); other fuels (except gasoline and oil) reached VND 1,142 billion (up 14%); Revenue from auto, motorbike and engine repair services reached VND1,457 billion (up 13.5%); other goods reached VND2,843 billion (up 6%).

The growth is attributed to increased purchasing power and increased prices of many commodity groups.

Retail revenue in 2023 in Ha Tinh reached more than 59,776 billion VND.

The two product groups with lower revenue compared to 2022 are passenger cars reaching VND 3,371 billion, down 26% and means of transport (excluding passenger cars) down 42%.

According to industry experts, in 2023, the economic situation is difficult, especially the real estate market is sluggish, so the purchasing power of luxury goods will decrease.

In 2024, the Ha Tinh Industry and Trade sector aims to increase retail sales of goods by 15% compared to 2023. In the immediate future, functional sectors are focusing on solutions to ensure supply-demand balance, stabilize the market before, during and after Tet, and meet people's consumption needs.
