Specifically, the highest benchmark score is 24.65, applied to female candidates in region 3, taking the exam code CA2 (natural sciences, social sciences, English language, literature) in the competency assessment exam.
The lowest admission score is 18.02 for female candidates in region 8. The slightly higher score is 19.23, applied to male candidates in this region, but with exam code CA1 (natural sciences, social sciences, English language, math).
In 2023, the People's Police Academy will enroll students through three methods: Direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and regulations of the Ministry of Public Security; Admission based on a combination of international language certificates and graduation exam scores; Admission based on a combination of graduation exam scores and competency assessment scores of the Ministry of Public Security.
In 2023, the benchmark score based on the combination of high school graduation exam scores and capacity assessment of the People's Police Academy fluctuates from 16.15 to 24.78, the highest benchmark score for female candidates in admission region 3.
The Police Academy's enrollment range, from Thua Thien Hue province northwards, will enroll 530 students.

Region 1, Northern mountainous provinces (10 provinces): Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La.
Region 2, provinces and cities in the Northern Delta and midland (15 provinces and cities): Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh. Region 3, provinces in the North Central Coast (06 provinces): Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue.
Northern Region 8, active duty soldiers stationed from Thua Thien Hue province and beyond of units A09, C01, C10, C11, K01, K02.
Students of cultural schools register for the exam and participate in the selection process with candidates from the area that the local police send to the cultural school.
